Instructions

  1. Combine cauliflower and chicken broth in saucepan.
  2. Simmer covered 10 to 12 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
  3. Combine milk and flour; mix well.
  4. Stir into saucepan; cook and stir until sauce simmers and bubbles.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
