Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Beat at low speed until well mixed, about 3 minutes.
  3. Cover and chill until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls.
  6. Roll in sugar.
  7. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet or on parchment paper.
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch.
  9. Remove to wire racks to cool.
