- Put polish sausage into medium-sauce pan.
- Clean and chop the green pepper and onion.
- Add to pan.
- Put in the tomatoes and beer.
- Simmer for about 1/2 hour.
Mom's Polish Sausage
My mom used to make this when I was a kid...if only my kids would let me make it.:(Tastes really good with corn bread). Enjoy!_x000D_ (I use turkey sausage now and it's just as good!)
