Instructions

  1. Combine crumbs & butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar & vanilla on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Blend in melted chocolate.
  4. Add eggs one at a time; mix just until blended.
  5. Pour over crust.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes or until centre is almost set.
  7. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
