Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the container of an electric blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Heat a lightly greased griddle or large skillet.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle for each pancake.
  5. Cook until tops are covered with bubbles and edges are cooked.
  6. Flip pancake and cook other side.
  7. Serve warm.
