Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix first 4 ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients, except the oil.
  3. Stir the egg/apple mixture into the dry ingredients; mix well, until smooth.
  4. Warm a skillet.
  5. When skillet is hot, add approx 1/4 cup batter.
  6. Cook until pancake until golden (approx 3 minutes on each side).
