Instructions

  1. Whisk 1 cup of the milk with the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat the rest of the milk in a heavy pot.
  3. When hot, but not boiling, whisk in the cocoa mixture.
  4. Bring to a boil, lower heat& simmer gently for 3 minutes.
  5. Let cool for 1 minute.
  6. Whisk (or froth with a cappucino frother) just before serving.
  7. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
