Instructions

  1. Brown meat in a large skillet.
  2. Drain off the excess fat.
  3. Stir in next 8 ingredients.
  4. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and eggs.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in an oven proof skillet or baking dish and then sprinkle the cheese over the top. Set under broiler until cheese turns a lovely color.
  7. Serve with catsup, if desired.
