Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan melt butter; add carrots, celery, and onion cooking until tender.
  2. Stir in flour and pepper; blend well.
  3. Slowly stir in beer and milk; add bratwurst.
  4. Cook, stirring frequently, until thick and bubbly.
  5. Stir in cheese; cook stirring constantly, until melted.
  6. Serve.
