Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix chicken, cheese and cream cheese.
  2. Evenly divide chicken mixture over each of 4 tortillas.
  3. Top with remaining 4 tortillas.
  4. Lightly spray each side of quesadilla with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Place quesdillas on baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes or until golden brown, turning once halfway through heating.
  7. Cut into wedges.
