Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, add the soup, water, and butter; bring mixture to a boil.
  2. Add in the kielbasa and rice; lower the heat, cover and simmer 15-18 minutes or until rice is almost tender.
  3. Add in the peas and mushrooms; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and peas are heated.
  4. Season to taste if needed--I add a little cayenne.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
