Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes with skins on, till tender.
  2. Cool.
  3. Peel potatoes when cold; then cut into small cubes, or grate.
  4. Place the potatoes into a 9x13-inch pan.
  5. Combine all other ingredients, and pour over potatoes.
  6. Cover and bake at 325° for 30-45 minutes.
  7. EASY AND DELICIOUS!
