Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients on a large baking sheet with sides.
  2. Toss to coat potatoes evenly with oil and herbs.
  3. Turn potatoes so that cut side is down.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Roast in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done.
  6. Serve with any oil/butter/herb mixture left in pan.
