Instructions

  1. In lg skillet, melt butter and cook scallops for about 7 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In same skillet, add pepper, onion and garlic.
  4. Cook 2 minutes.
  5. Add wine, stir 1 minute.
  6. Add broth, milk, and parsley.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens, 1-2 minutes.
  9. Add scallops and heat through.
