Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix wet and ingredients and add to dry, and fold in with spatula.
  3. Fold in fruit.
  4. Add to tins (greased).
  5. Sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Bake at 375°, 20-25 min.
  7. NOTE: I use texas-sized muffin tins.
  8. This makes 6, and I have enough batter leftover for two muffins.
  9. It freezes beautifully.
