Instructions

  1. For the Cinnamon Chips: Brush tortillas lightly with water; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Cut into wedges.
  3. Place on baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  4. (This on it's own is wonderful. Also, I have brushed tortillas with Cajun spice as a snack separate from this entry).
  5. Salsa: In a medium bowl, mash strawberries; add apple, honey and, if using, orange zest.
  6. Serve with Cinnamon Chips.
  7. (I mashed some strawberries, and diced some, just for texture variety).
