Instructions

  1. Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, oil, and honey in a large bowl until blended.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Steam broccoli florets until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Stir sesame seeds in heavy large skillet over medium heat until golden, about 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer to small bowl; cool.
  7. Mix broccoli and half of sesame seeds into dressing.
  8. Let marinate at room temperature at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours, tossing occasionally.
  9. Transfer broccoli to platter.
  10. Pour dressing over broccoli. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
