Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage.
  2. Heat grill pan.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of each of the cheeses on 2 of the tortillas.
  4. Top cheese with the onion and browned sausage.
  5. Place remaining 2 tortillas on top and place on grill pan.
  6. Cook over low heat 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove from heat and cut into wedges.
  8. Serve with the salsa and sour cream.
