Instructions

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion sauté until fragrant (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add garlic, cook 3-4 minutes more, stirring often to prevent browning.
  4. Add tomato sauce and dry spices.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat, add cheeses, stir gently until melted.
  7. Add basil.
  8. Pour over prepared pasta, toss to coat.
  9. Top with parmesan cheese.
  10. Serve with hot bread.
