- Follow bread machine instructions for order of ingredients, only MAKE SURE you add the mashed bananas as a LIQUID (with the water, honey, and oil).
- Set bread machine on SWEET setting, light crust.
Banana Oat Bread (Bread Machine)
Hearty, moist, sweet bread. I was experimenting to find a good alternative to banana quick bread that was healthier and I could make in my bread machine. The oats add such a wonderful texture! I like it, hopefully you will, too!
