Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, let the butter melt over medium heat.
  2. Add in the onion, carrot, and spinach; cook and stir frequently for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
  3. Add the soup mix, then the milk; whisk until mixture is smooth.
  4. Bring to a boil, add in nutmeg and pepper; lower heat to medium-low and simmer 5 minutes or so before serving.
