Instructions

  1. In large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla.
  2. Seperately, combine flour, oats, and salt, then add to egg/sugar mixture.
  3. Stir in raisins and walnuts.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes, or until set.
  5. Optional: press mixture into greased or parchment lined baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until set, cutting into bars for serving.
