Instructions

  1. While the pasta is boiling: Melt butter in sauce pan over med-low.
  2. Add onion and garlic saute about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in half& half, let heat through.
  4. Wisk in blue and parmesan cheeses.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Sauce will thicken a bit upon standing.
  7. Toss with cooked pasta.
