Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease 8 muffin cups or use paper liners.
  3. In a large bowl combine flour, white sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Add oil, egg, and milk.
  5. Stir only until blended together.
  6. Fold in fruit.
  7. Fill muffin tins to the top.
  8. Sprinkle tops with brown sugar.
  9. Bake 15-20 minutes.
