Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to about med-low.
  2. Heat butter and honey together in a saucepan.
  3. Stir in the mint.
  4. Thread melon on skewers.
  5. Baste with sauce.
  6. Grill on lightly oiled grill 5-7 minutes, turning often.
  7. Can be served warm or room temperature.
