Instructions

  1. In a non-metallic bowl, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika, curry powder, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix marinade well.
  3. Marinate chicken pieces for several hours or overnite, covered in the fridge.
  4. Alternate chicken pieces and vegetables on metal skewers.
  5. (wooden skewers that have been pre-soaked in water for at least 30 minutes, may be used).
  6. Barbeque the kebabs for 10 minutes, turning frequently.
  7. When ready to serve sprinkle with cilanto and enjoy.
