Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef and onions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in olives, pizza sauce, pepperoni, seasoning, and mushrooms.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine milk, oil and eggs; beat 1 minute at medium speed.
  7. Add flour and salt; beat 2 minutes at medium speed or until smooth.
  8. Spoon meat mixture evenly into ungreased 9 x 13 inch dish.
  9. Place cheese slices over hot meat mixture.
  10. Pour topping evenly over cheese, covering completely; sprinkle with Parmesan.
  11. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
