Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degreees.
  2. Spray a non-stick 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray, set aside.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
  4. Combine organge juice, molasses/sorghum, orange zest, orange extract, oil and egg; add to dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 16-20 minutes.
  6. Spoon marmalade over warm cake.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
  8. Serve garnished with whipped topping and orange slices.
