Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the chicken broth and whipping cream.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the grits, and return to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve.
