Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Coat pork chops with the mustard.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine crushed corn flakes and the seasonings.
  4. Dredge pork chops in the crushed corn flakes mixture.
  5. Place pork chops on a wire rack and set rack on top of a sheet pan.
  6. Place under the broiler and cook on both sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
