Ingredients

2/3 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk

1 1/2 lbs ground chuck

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

4 hamburger buns

1/2 cup fine cracker crumb

1 cup tomato sauce
-
3/4 teaspoon crushed oregano leaves

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
Instructions
- Combine milk,ground chuck, onion,garlic salt,salt, Parmesan cheese and crackermeal.
- Mix well.
- Split each bun in half, toast lightly.
- Divide mixture into 1/8ths, shape one portion on each bun.
- Put on cookie sheet.
- Make well in each burger.
- Mix tomato sauce and oregano and spoon 2 Tbsp into each well.
- Put mozzarella on top.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
