Instructions

  1. Cook Tortellini as directed on package.
  2. Drain; rinse with hot water.
  3. In large skillet, sauté garlic in oil 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in wine, salt, pepper and Tortellini.
  5. Simmer over low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  6. Toss with 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
