Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Place 4 pineapple rings on a baking sheet.
  3. Cover each slice with 1 Tbsp of brown sugar.
  4. Broil until sugar is bubbly and carmelized (about 5 minutes).
  5. Top each slice with a scoop of sorbet.
  6. Variation:
  7. You could use any fruit/sorbet combo that sounds good to you.
  8. For example: apples w/ vanilla ice cream, orange slices w/ passion fruit sorbet, pears w/ raspberry sorbet.
