Instructions

  1. Prepare rice according to pkg.
  2. directions.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, combine pineapple, onions, chili and cilantro.
  5. Mix and set aside.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Saute garlic until golden brown.
  8. Add cooked rice and stir.
  9. Add soy sauce and sugar.
  10. Stir and heat thoroughly.
  11. Fold in pineapple mixture and heat thoroughly.
