Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  3. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla.
  5. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda.
  6. Stir into the wet mixture.
  7. Pour into a greased 15 X 10" jelly-roll pan, and spread evenly.
  8. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15- 20 minutes or until done.
  9. Cool.
  10. Cut into squares.
