Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place heaping teaspoonfuls of cheese 2 inches apart on nonstick baking sheet.
  3. Flatten the cheese mounds with the back of a spoon.
  4. Top each mound with a pinch of black pepper.
  5. Bake 1 1/2 - 2 minutes until just lightly browned.
  6. Cool 2 minutes, carefully remove to a rack cover with paper towels.
  7. Can be stored in the refrigerator in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
