Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in medium hot skillet.
  3. Brown chops for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chops from pan.
  5. Sauté onions and garlic in pan 2 minutes, until soft.
  6. Reduce heat to low, and return chops to pan.
  7. Spread the onions over the chops, cover and braise for 45 minutes.
