Instructions

  1. Trim fat from steak and cut meat into serving pieces.
  2. In large frying pan, brown meat in hot oil.
  3. Drain off oil.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
  5. Simmer; covered, 1-1 3/4 hour or until meat is very tender.
  6. You can also put meat and sauce in a 13" by 9" pan, cover with foil, and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 3/4-2 hours .
