Instructions

  1. Fry the onions and garlic gently in the olive oil until transparent.
  2. Add the broccoli and fry for 2 minutes longer.
  3. Add the vegetable stock and simmer until the broccoli is cooked.
  4. Add the stilton.
  5. Put in the blender and blend, leaving some texture.
  6. Return to the pan and add the cream and pepper.
  7. Serve.
