Instructions

  1. To make the rub: In a small bowl, combine all rub ingredients.
  2. Brush melted butter on both sides of steaks; sprinkle rub to taste on both sides of the steaks. Save any leftover spice rub in an airtight container for future use.
  3. Grill ham over Direct Medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling time.
  4. Slice each cut into four quarters and serve immediately.
