Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain.
  2. Place in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Layer with cheeses, onion and chilies.
  4. In a bowl, beat eggs and seasonings; pour over cheese.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 375°F for 18-22 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes; cut into 1-inch squares.
