Instructions

  1. Add the first 7 ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker; stir to combine.
  2. Add in the chicken; stir.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
  4. Add in rice, shrimp, and green pepper.
  5. Cover and let stand 10-15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  6. Adjust seasoning to taste.
