Instructions

  1. Score meat in diagonal, criss-cross pattern on both sides, about 1/4" deep.
  2. Mix rub ingredients.
  3. Spread into meat.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Grill, covered, over medium high sitting 7 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  6. Remove from grill and let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Cut into very thin slices.
