Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop onion Coarsely dice tomato.
  2. Crush garlic.
  3. Heat olive oil in large frying pan on medium high heat.
  4. Add garlic to pan and brown for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add onion and fry about 2 minutes.
  6. Add tomato and fry about 2 minutes.
  7. Add clams with juice.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Let mixture bubble until reduced by half (about 3-4 minutes).
  10. Serve over angel hair pasta.
