Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place pita on baking sheet.
  3. Spread sauce to within 1/2 inch from edge.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella.
  5. Arrange remaining vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle basic, drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake until cheese is melted and veggies tender, about 10 minutes.
  8. Serves 2 as an appetizer, or 1 as an entree.
  9. NOTE: Veggies should be blanched to ensure tenderness.
