Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes, onion,& ham in a lightly sprayed slow cooker.
  2. Combine gravy mix, mushroom soup, and water.
  3. Whisk until combined.
  4. Pour over potatoes.
  5. Cover.
  6. Cook on low 7-9 hours, or High 3-4 hours.
  7. Top with shredded cheese during last 30 minutes of cooking.
