Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs together until smooth Place an Oreo with frosting side up in the bottom of a lined muffin cup.
  2. Top with cream cheese mixture.
  3. Top that with crushed Oreo tops.
  4. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and cool.
  6. Melt shortening and chocolate chips until smooth.
  7. Drizzle over cooled cheesecakes.
